Marketing skills and tools for Ticketmaster's central marketing org — copywriting, translation, campaign planning, and more.
Write, rewrite, edit, or review Ticketmaster and Live Nation marketing copy in the approved brand voice — for fans, for clients and partners, or for an audience not stated. Use for any request to produce, improve or check copy, and for questions about tone, voice, copy style, whether something sounds on-brand, or do/don't language. Also for Fan Support writing — help articles, agent responses, apology language, error messaging; for formatting conventions — capitalization, punctuation, numerals, dates and times, genre; for copy tied to a named team, product, market or messaging pillar; for fan-facing trust and authenticity language; and for a quick informal check of a pasted message ("does this read OK?") with no audience or output type named. Which teams, products, markets and pillars are covered, and what happens when nothing governs a request, are determined by the live Confluence page this skill fetches, not this description. Do NOT use for performance reporting or narrative built from data.
Draft a Campaign and Creative Brief for Ticketmaster Fan Product Marketing, Brand and Content — a specific 1-2 page formatted Google Doc following the team's approved creative briefing process. B2C only. Use this whenever someone asks to "draft a creative brief," "write a brief for [campaign]," or supplies campaign details, target audience, objectives, consumer insights, market, or timing for a campaign where kickoff has already happened and the next step is brief drafting. Do NOT use for B2B requests (out of scope until a B2B component is specified and built), for creating the companion Asana Creative Work Request (a separate manual step), or for any process step other than brief drafting (kickoff, concept review, asset development, review/feedback, final delivery).
Use when someone wants a B2B campaign built or developed — connected campaign thinking around a product, theme, proposition or business objective, expressed across the supported assets. Triggers on "create a B2B campaign around Product X" or "turn this product proposition into a campaign," where the audience is clients, prospective clients, or B2B2C reach (LinkedIn); also on turning an existing brief or theme into a campaign. Agrees a messaging plan, writes assets from it, gets the copy approved, then publishes one Google Doc. THE TEST IS CAMPAIGN INTENT, NOT ASSET COUNT — a campaign yielding one asset is a campaign request; three LinkedIn posts are three copy requests. Do NOT use for: writing, editing, reviewing or checking copy, however many pieces, including a single named asset about a product (Backstage Writer); the Campaign and Creative Brief document (B2C Brief Writer covers B2C; no skill covers B2B — say so); social performance (Social Pulse); B2C campaigns; recruitment or employer-brand content.
Localise or translate already-approved Ticketmaster and Live Nation content for named markets, applying that market's own approved nuance, positioning, terminology and formatting. Use when a request asks to localise, translate, adapt or "make this work for" a named market or region; asks for a market version of an existing campaign, blog, case study, email, social post or one-sheet; asks what approved content would look like in a market's language; asks to apply a market's date, time, currency or number conventions; or asks to find an existing approved campaign so it can then be localised. Covers fan-facing and client-facing content. Which markets are covered, each market's rules, what is never translated, and where files are published are set by the live Confluence page this skill fetches, not by this description. Do NOT use to write new content, to rewrite copy for brand voice, for social performance reporting, or to draft or validate legal, refund, pricing or consent wording.
Use this as the default entry point for any Ticketmaster/Live Nation marketing request that doesn't already name a specific skill's own slash command — general asks like "help me with this campaign," "I need copy for X," "draft a creative brief for...," "how's our social doing," or "what should I use for this?" Also use for requests that name a team, an audience, or a deliverable but not a tool. It works out what the requester is trying to accomplish, hands the request to the right skill, and continues under that skill's rules. It asks at most one question, only where the answer would change the destination. Where no current skill covers the request, it names the gap rather than forcing a destination. Do NOT use for: requests that explicitly invoke a skill's own slash command (hand off directly); follow-up turns in an already-routed conversation — re-route only if the topic changes materially; or requests clearly outside the marketing plugin's domain (legal, HR, unrelated engineering).
Use this skill when a market owner or central/regional lead wants to check social performance (Instagram, Facebook, X, or TikTok) against the market's own history or against comparable peer markets, or wants a testable content idea grounded in what's working elsewhere — e.g. "how's Germany doing on social right now," "give me a read across DACH on TikTok," "what should we test next," or any request comparing current performance to history, peers, or the broader entertainment/ticketing industry. Do NOT use for: tone/voice/copy review with no performance angle (route to Backstage Writer instead); non-social business data like sales, revenue, or attendance (out of scope entirely, not Insights Generator's territory either); a market ranking or leaderboard (this skill never ranks); a market with no data yet on the Social Tone & Style Benchmarks page (flag the gap instead of estimating); or conversion/sales performance (no conversion track exists yet — do not substitute engagement metrics).
