Use this as the default entry point for any Ticketmaster/Live Nation marketing request that doesn't already name a specific skill's own slash command — general asks like "help me with this campaign," "I need copy for X," "draft a creative brief for...," "how's our social doing," or "what should I use for this?" Also use for requests that name a team, an audience, or a deliverable but not a tool. It works out what the requester is trying to accomplish, hands the request to the right skill, and continues under that skill's rules. It asks at most one question, only where the answer would change the destination. Where no current skill covers the request, it names the gap rather than forcing a destination. Do NOT use for: requests that explicitly invoke a skill's own slash command (hand off directly); follow-up turns in an already-routed conversation — re-route only if the topic changes materially; or requests clearly outside the marketing plugin's domain (legal, HR, unrelated engineering).
