v0.1.0

Product process skills: idea shaping, discovery, user research, UX design, product definition (PRD), and feature design.

discovery

Product discovery process - frame the outcome, map the opportunity space with an opportunity solution tree, run the double diamond (diverge/converge on problem then solution), and plan assumption tests to decide what is worth building. Load when an idea has been shaped and the user must decide which problems and solutions to pursue, or when scope is unclear and evidence is thin.

feature-design

Detail a single feature from a PRD into build-ready form - user stories (INVEST), behaviour rules, edge cases and error states, acceptance criteria in Given/When/Then, analytics, rollout and feedback plan, and a definition of ready. Load when a requirement or story-map slice is approved and needs to be broken down for delivery, or when a feature spec is ambiguous or missing edge cases.

idea

Turn a raw product idea into a sharp, testable concept - problem statement, target user, value hypothesis, riskiest assumptions, and a go/park/kill call. Covers Jobs-to-be-Done framing, a one-page idea brief, and assumption ranking. Load when someone proposes a new product, feature direction, or "what if we..." and it needs shaping before any research or design starts.

product-definition

Write a product requirements document (PRD) - problem, goals and non-goals, users, prioritised requirements (MoSCoW), acceptance criteria, success metrics (HEART, north star), risks, and open questions, with a ready-to-use inline template. Load when a validated, designed opportunity must be turned into a scoped definition that the user and future sessions can build and check against.

user-research

Plan interviews, usability tests, surveys, diary studies, recruitment, evidence-based synthesis, affinity mapping, personas, and journey maps. Load when learning from users, validating assumptions, investigating behaviour or drop-off, or turning raw participant notes into insights.

ux-design

UX design process - turn research into user flows, information architecture, story maps, wireframes, and usability-tested prototypes, guided by Nielsen's usability heuristics and inclusive design. Load when research findings need to become concrete experience designs, when mapping end-to-end user journeys or flows, or when reviewing a design for usability.
