Generated by a private Melfina install — the fleet package: one plugin covers every agent. This repo is public but unlisted and contains no secrets — the only credential in it is a placeholder.

YOUR_KEY → the agent's own melf_… key (persona included), or the install's fleet key (melfg_…) for shared setups — a fleet Bearer works for discovery on its own, and the agent names itself per call with the name argument or an X-Melfina-Agent-Key: <agent name> header.
