infiquetra/deploy
v0.2.3
Tag-promotion deployment operations for Infiquetra repositories. The portable core is the deploy-state skill and the scripts that mint a policy tag, report environment drift, and preview release notes. Claude commands and the release orchestrator live under com.infiquetra.claude.
Changelog
[0.2.3] - 2026-09-22
0.2.3 — imported from infiquetra-claude-plugins@acc99fe7 (upstream 0.2.2); authored here from this commit; no provenance manifest from now on.
Changed
- Commands and the
release-orchestratoragent now live undercom.infiquetra.claude/. The root.claude-plugin/plugin.jsononly points at those paths and atskills/. Claude installs the package root, so the portable skill and scripts travel with the adapter. - The three scripts moved from
scripts/at the package root intoskills/deploy-state/scripts/. OpenCode, Gemini CLI, Muse, and Hermes install the skill directory and not the package, so a script left at the package root is absent when those harnesses run. The script behaviour is unchanged. - Command and skill paths that assumed the upstream checkout (
plugins/deploy/scripts/...,deploy/skills/deploy-state/SKILL.md) now use the installed package root (${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/skills/deploy-state/...) or the skill directory itself. The saga handoff script stays a reference to the saga package (plugins/saga/scripts/deploy_handoff.py); deploy does not contain it. - The deploy-state skill is the one portable capability for all four command behaviors. Upstream already shipped that skill. A second skill named
deploywould be the same capability under a second name, so none was added. Its frontmatter description is a single line, and it now states how to run each script, the flags, and the credential variablesGH_TOKENandGITHUB_TOKENby name only. preview_release_notes.pystill does not check that the repository owner isinfiquetra. That check lives inmint_tag.pyandquery_deployments.py. Changing the notes script would be a behaviour change, and this import does not make one.
Tests
- Carried upstream
tests/test_deploy_plugin.pyintoplugins/deploy/tests/test_deploy_plugin.py. The import bootstrap now starts at this package instead of the upstream repository root. Command and agent paths point intocom.infiquetra.claude/. Version expectation is 0.2.3, agreed across the portable manifest, the Claude manifest, the adapter manifest, and the marketplace entry. - Added a credential-free
--helprun of each script, the way a user invokes it. - Dropped tests: none. Repo-wide upstream files that mention deploy (
tests/test_agent_preamble_identity.py,tests/test_check_ownership_lanes.py, and the ownership-lane script) are catalog checks, not this package's contract, and stay with the repo-wide import.
[0.2.2] - 2026-09-20
Changed
- The release orchestrator no longer defers broader validation to
team-execution. That plugin was archived by issue #1030, and what it provided for a release — reviewer consensus and named scanners — is now the lensed code review and the build loop's mechanical baseline. The agent's instruction named a plugin that will not resolve, which reads as a missing dependency rather than a retired one; it now names what actually performs the validation.
[0.2.1] - 2026-08-08
Added - house-style presentation contract on the release orchestrator (#704)
release-orchestratoragent definition gains a "Presentation contract (Infiquetra house style)" section, copied verbatim fromplugins/house-style/references/subagent-presentation-preamble.md.
[0.2.0] - 2026-07-12
Added - acceptance step at saga handoff boundary, gate-or-auto authorization gating (#395)
deploy-stateskill gains "Accepting a saga handoff" section: operators rundeploy_handoff.py acceptbefore promotion on behalf of a saga-tracked item, honoring the gate-or-auto payload read from the offer (gate -> blocked pending explicit confirmation, auto -> authorized for nonprod only, staging/production always require confirmation regardless of payload). The rule is implemented mechanically asauthorize_promotionon the saga side (KTD5), not by deploy convention.deploy.mdcommand docs gain acceptance step in Instructions, guiding users to run the ack before proceeding with promotion (R6, U4).- Minor version bump reflects new acceptance behavior contract at the saga boundary (previously 0.1.4: no handoff acceptance path existed).
[0.1.4] - 2026-07-05
release-orchestratoragent: add validatedeffort: highfrontmatter field, consuming the fleet effort convention (#363) — release coordination warrants deliberate reasoning; proves the effort vocabulary applies fleet-wide.
[0.1.3] - 2026-07-05
- Reformat CHANGELOG headings to the fleet's canonical grammar (bracketed version, hyphen-minus date) as part of the release-surface single-source generator work (#429).
[0.1.2] - 2026-06-21
release-orchestratoragent: pinmodel: sonnetin frontmatter (R1/R2a tiering; release coordination is structured/procedural — Sonnet is the right cost-quality tier).
[0.1.0] - 2026-05-29
- Add Infiquetra tag-promotion deploy commands and deploy-state skill.
- Add release orchestrator guidance for rollback, hotfix, status, and release notes.
- Add deterministic helpers for tag naming, deployment status drift, and release-note preview.
- Preserve VECU deploy safety mechanics source-neutrally: version inference, hotfix refs, rollback tags, existing-tag rejection, dry-run protection, and unhealthy snapshot quarantine.
