Portable agent-launcher package: the shared single-session launch contract — create one verified coding-agent session through the installed agents wrapper, verify it through Herdr, deliver a prompt, and close only a session the launch owns — derived from infiquetra-claude-plugins at the 1.0.0 revision. The Claude Code manifest lives under the com.infiquetra.claude client extension directory; the portable manifest, the package README, and the portable skill are authored here.

Portable Fleet Core slice carrying three modules and one data registry: the shared 429 rate-limit retry and backoff primitive with its circuit breaker, the IntentEnvelope run-start posture schema ported under the resolve-fleet-commons-sibling deterministic transform, and the tier palette with the models.json model/effort registry it reads. This is a single vertical slice of the upstream Fleet Core library, not the whole library.

Portable UniFi Network and Protect package: two Agent Skills with their bundled Python clients, derived from infiquetra-claude-plugins at the 2.0.6 revision. Claude Code files live under the com.infiquetra.claude client extension directory; the operator site-profile contract, discovery, and drift reporting are authored here.

Portable voice package: a spoken conversational loop for one explicitly bound, Herdr-managed Claude Code session. The bound session speaks its completed response, the operator answers by voice, and the transcript lands editable and unsubmitted in that same session's input box. The portable core carries the provider declaration contract, the stated settings surface, and the subprocess discipline; Claude-specific files live under the com.infiquetra.claude client extension directory.
