Unofficial plugin that fills in an AWS Well-Architected review from the live environment (read-only), IaC and GitHub, and interview questions: latest lens, decision cards with recommendations, xlsx export, W-A Tool recording and FTR pre-check. Not affiliated with AWS.
Record kensa-review results (.kensa/worklist.json) in the AWS Well-Architected Tool, and run a pre-check for the AWS Foundational Technical Review (FTR) covering HRI = 0, a review less than 1 year old, a PDF of at most 3 MB, and the workload name and owner. Run an AWS Well-Architected (W-A) review. Fill the checklist from live-environment evidence (read-only AWS scan), IaC/GitHub signals (configuration and activity record) and business-requirement questions. Fetch the latest lens (other lenses work too), decide from evidence, ask only for confirmation where the evidence is just a draft, put hard-to-answer items to the user as multiple-choice decision cards with a recommendation, and finish with a fully filled spreadsheet and a W-A Tool record. When live AWS cannot be read, an IaC-only mode (mode iac) is available. Also handles re-reviews (diff against the previous run). Use for Well-Architected review, WAFR, FTR, AWS review, re-review, diff since last review, review from IaC only.
