Record kensa-review results (.kensa/worklist.json) in the AWS Well-Architected Tool, and run a pre-check for the AWS Foundational Technical Review (FTR) covering HRI = 0, a review less than 1 year old, a PDF of at most 3 MB, and the workload name and owner. Use after kensa-review. Japanese triggers 「WA Toolに記録」「FTR」「パートナー認定」「ワークロード作成」.

Compatibility: Python 3.11+ (uv recommended) to run the bundled scripts. Scanning AWS needs read-only AWS credentials; see docs/aws-iam.md in the repository.
