Operate the existing local Agent Coordinator and AgentBus services, and start or inspect their unified localhost project dashboard. Use when the user asks to open the agent dashboard, choose a local project, control project agents, monitor usage, open a resumable agent session in Terminal, manage conversations, send Codex thread messages (codex://threads/..., codex queue), or explicitly send agent messages. Always when sending messages point that it is sent by an agent. The agent who send the message must provide for the receiver to sent him back the reply. Every time Codex sends a message, see it and display it in this session, then respond with acknowledgement or, if required, a response.
