Codex Study plugin source

This source template contains portable and Codex compatibility manifests, stdio MCP configuration, a launcher and eight focused learning Skills. Build a complete installation package with npm run plugin:build -- build/marketplace-v0.4.0-dev.1 from the repository root; the source template alone has no runtime code or dependencies.

MCP startup uses a plugin-relative working directory. User learning data must remain outside the installed package. Installation neither creates a learning workspace nor enables scheduling, uploads or notifications. Follow installation and upgrade instructions in the source repository.
