Skills for coding agents to deploy and operate apps on Zerops through the official zcli CLI. Published by Zerops s.r.o. under the MIT license. Version: 0.1.0.

The five shared skills cover setup (zerops-setup), deployment (zerops-deploy), build and run configuration (zerops-yaml), projects and services (zerops-import), and logs, environment variables, scaling, domains, and troubleshooting (zerops-operate). Ask your agent to “Deploy this project to Zerops” or “Show recent logs.” Cursor and Claude Code also include deploy and logs commands (Claude Code: /zerops:deploy and /zerops:logs).

Requirements

Use a coding agent with local shell access, a Zerops account, and the official zcli v1.1.3 or newer (browser login). Follow the zerops-setup skill and its installation reference to install a release built for the host OS and architecture and to sign in. npm currently publishes v1.1.0, which lacks browser login. No VPN, SSH, or Zerops container is needed for these workflows.

Install

Until Zerops is listed in a marketplace, install it from this repository.

  • Cursor: once listed, open /add-plugin or Customize → Install and look for Zerops. Before that, clone the repository into Cursor's local plugin folder (a copy, not a symlink: Cursor skips symlinks that point outside that folder), then run Developer: Reload Window and check Customize for the five skills: git clone https://github.com/zeropsio/zerops-plugin ~/.cursor/plugins/local/zerops. Update with git -C ~/.cursor/plugins/local/zerops pull and reload. See Cursor plugins.
  • Claude Code: run claude plugin marketplace add zeropsio/zerops-plugin, then claude plugin install zerops@zerops. From a local checkout, use claude plugin marketplace add . before the same install command. See Claude marketplaces.
  • Codex / ChatGPT desktop: run codex plugin marketplace add zeropsio/zerops-plugin (or codex plugin marketplace add /absolute/path/to/zerops-plugin for a local checkout). Then select the Zerops marketplace in the desktop Plugins Directory and install Zerops. The portable root manifest discovers skills/; the bundled Claude marketplace is a supported local catalog fallback. Availability varies by client; this CLI workflow needs local shell access.   • Grok Build: load the checkout with grok --plugin-dir /absolute/path/to/zerops-plugin, then use /plugins to manage it. The .grok-plugin manifest shares the same skills; Grok also reads Claude marketplaces. See Grok plugins. Grok Bot (the cloud agent in Cursor) has not been tried.

Privacy and scope

There is no MCP server in this version. The agent runs zcli locally; deployment and management requests go directly to Zerops APIs over HTTPS. App source is uploaded to Zerops when deploying. CLI installation and upgrades can also contact npm or GitHub. The plugin adds no telemetry or intermediary service. Your coding agent's own data policy still applies. Sign in through the browser; never paste tokens into chat or commit them.

Validate

Run node scripts/validate.mjs from a checkout; it needs no npm dependencies. It checks manifest JSON, package names and versions, referenced paths, the five skills' required frontmatter, and command frontmatter. This is an offline package check, not a replacement for client installation or full upstream schema validation.
