Flagged

  • Four delegated research agents and two fresh semantic reviewers were initially unavailable because of upstream 503/timeout failures. One delayed fresh reviewer returned actionable findings; the retry batch still failed. Deterministic gates pass, but model activation rates remain unrun.
  • The board-support skill intentionally depends on the complete repository/plugin for shared profiles, contract, and resolver; standalone per-skill copies are unsupported and documented as such.
  • No board was wired, flashed, compiled for target hardware, powered, measured, or deployed in this loop. GIGA R1 WiFi and ESP32-C6 remain deferred.

  • No separate serial-debugging skill: the existing serial monitor remains the single owner for runtime serial evidence.
  • No physical board flashing, wiring, measurement, or global skill replacement was performed.

Flagged conflicts

  • The requested /Users/wed/.agents/skills/arduino/ directory does not exist; the repository skills/ tree is the canonical source and the five existing global Arduino sibling skills were left untouched.
  • Codex marketplace and legacy manifest behavior is release-sensitive; the package includes both the documented .codex-plugin adapter and portable root metadata, with validation evidence recorded for the installed schema.
  • Product pages without immutable public revisions, exact board/module variants, and aggregate board-current limits remain explicitly date-checked or unverified rather than being guessed over.
  • Arduino GIGA R1 WiFi and ESP32-C6-DevKitC-1 were deferred from this bounded loop. They remain candidates for a later profile after a separate source and core-variant review; they are not silently treated as supported here.
