Generate Database Design only for database design changes; invoke Blend Generate Test Spec only when the user requests tests or Test Spec.

Generate or refresh BLEND test specifications and one editable test report from a feature specification and verified context/code, standalone or from Generate Task research. Check recorded results in the same workbook without rewriting it. Does not execute tests.

Create a portable Japanese–Vietnamese BLEND implementation plan from explicitly approved artifact revisions and selected scope, current blend-context, artifact-review disposition and the affected codebase. Planning only; do not create Design or execute implementation.
