Generates an interactive PR age distribution chart for a GitHub repository. Uses the Copilot Java SDK via JBang — auto-detects the current git repo or accepts an explicit owner/repo argument, then delegates to Copilot to fetch PR data, generate a bar chart, and summarize PR health.
