takazudo/z-dev-flow
Takazudo Chat planning and Work implementation workflow with explicit Codex handoffs
Route Takazudo development requests through Chat planning (zdev1) and a separately opened ChatGPT Work session (zdev2). Use for zdev, rough development requests, planning, prototyping, or continuing this workflow.
Plan in ordinary Chat and finish with issues, a continuation prompt, and available artifact ZIP. Use zdev1 for rough requests, -pr/--prototype UI polish, -is/--issuesweep/--issue-sweep backlog sweeps, or -isask interviews of postponed issues.
Execute an accepted plan in a separately opened ChatGPT Work session, create a PR, and give a Codex continuation prompt when unfinished. Accept -m/--merge only for fully verified work. Oversized plans with artifacts use resource-only mode without product implementation.
Research repositories and manage issues, branches, PRs, checks, and durable resources for zdev1 and zdev2. Use GitHub connectors or git/gh as available, with explicit evidence of reads and writes.
Turn a rough development request or issue into a repository-grounded plan with acceptance criteria and durable GitHub issues. Supports zdev1 planning and issue decomposition; UI direction goes through zproto.
Iterate on UI and interaction prototypes in ordinary Chat for zdev1, especially -pr/--prototype. Preserve feedback rounds and require an accepted direction before implementation planning is finalized.
