2026-10-16

• France: the one MCP address, https://api.findadoctor.si/mcp, now also serves France (country: "FR", doctor ids fr_, and the France-only tool hospital_procedure_volumes). There is also a France-only MCP server, https://api-fr.findadoctor.si/mcp (MCP Registry si.findadoctor.api-fr/fr-doctor-finder), and an HTTP API at https://api-fr.findadoctor.si/api/v1/….
• README section, connection guide, Agent Skill, a tool reference generated from the live France server (docs/tools-fr.md, reference/tools-fr.json, service version fr-2026-10-16.1) and a copy of its registry entry (server-fr.json).
• docs/tools.md and reference/tools.json regenerated for the one address (9 tools, service version gw-2026-10-16.1). Registry entry si.findadoctor.api/us-doctor-finder version 2026-10-16.1 (server.json): the description now covers all three countries.
• Plugin version 2026.10.16.1 (the plugins still add only the findadoctor server, which covers every country).

2026-10-15

• One MCP address for every country: https://api.findadoctor.si/mcp now serves the United States and New Zealand. search_doctors, list_specialties and about_database take country (US or NZ; left out, it is the United States, for clients that connected earlier); get_doctor reads the country from the doctor id (dr_ or nz_). README, connection guide and the Agent Skill now say to decide the country first and to ask the person when nothing settles it. country is for MCP only; the HTTP APIs stay per country.
• The plugins for Claude Code, Codex and Gemini CLI now add only the findadoctor server (it covers both countries). Plugin version 2026.10.15.1.
• docs/tools.md and reference/tools.json now list the tools served at the one address (8 tools). docs/tools-nz.md and reference/tools-nz.json describe the New Zealand-only address https://api-nz.findadoctor.si/mcp, which still works.
• The MCP examples pass country: "US". Registry entry si.findadoctor.api/us-doctor-finder version 2026-10-15.1 (server.json): the description now covers both countries.
• New Zealand: a second MCP server, https://api-nz.findadoctor.si/mcp (MCP Registry si.findadoctor.api-nz/nz-doctor-finder). README section, connection guide, tool reference generated from the live server (docs/tools-nz.md, reference/tools-nz.json, service version nz-2026-10-15.2) and a copy of its registry entry (server-nz.json).
• The plugins for Claude Code, Codex and Gemini CLI now add both servers (findadoctor and findadoctor-nz), and the findadoctor Agent Skill covers New Zealand. Plugin version 2026.10.15.
• US tool reference regenerated for service version 2026-10-15.1 (no change to the tools).

2026-10-13

• First version: README, connection guide for Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Cursor and VS Code, tool reference generated from the live server (service version 2026-10-13.3), sample replies, runnable examples (curl, Python, TypeScript) and the findadoctor Agent Skill.
• Tool reference regenerated for service version 2026-10-13.4: the medicare_patient description now states the emergency and urgent-care exception.
• README: banner, badges, one-click buttons for Cursor and VS Code, a quick start your agent can follow, and a without/with comparison. The repository is now also a plugin for Claude Code, Codex (Agent Plugins) and Gemini CLI, adding the MCP server and the findadoctor skill in one install.
