Getting Started

Prerequisites

• Node.js 24 (see .nvmrc)
• An Upstash Redis database (free tier works)
• An OpenRouter API key (for AI summarization)

Setup

# Install dependencies
npm install

# Copy environment template
cp .env.example .env.local
# Fill in your API keys in .env.local

# Run the development server
npm run dev

The dashboard runs at http://localhost:3000 by default.

Environment Variables

Copy .env.example to .env.local. All keys are optional — panels that lack a key show "not configured" gracefully.
