Evidence observatory: x402/MPP inspection, signed receipt checks and settlement attestations.
A live x402 practice counter from $0.001. Verify any issuer's signed receipts, including competitors; inspect endpoints, diagnose payments, retrieve host history, interpret MPP, test buyers/sellers, or use SCVD's general store. Free checks need no wallet; live purchases settle real USDC.
Help a personal-agent user choose and buy a signed good from SCVD: read the current menu, obtain a free quote, set up a compatible wallet if needed, obtain funding and purchase approval, and verify the receipt. Use for a requested SCVD purchase or first x402 purchase; never buy just because this skill is installed.
Check an x402 endpoint before paying it, and check the receipt after. Free instruments first; a paid signed observation only when durable third-party evidence is actually needed.
