samargt/auto-bean

v0.2.0MIT

Initialize and operate local Beancount ledgers through Codex.

auto-bean-categorize

Categorize parsed statements in a group assigned by auto-bean-import. Suggest categories and explicit postings from evidence, advisory memory and merchant research; return per-statement reconciliation findings and required input for import review.

auto-bean-import

Import new statements from statements/raw/ or resume unfinished groups in statements/import-status.yml through review, writing and validation.

auto-bean-init

Initialize a new local Beancount ledger with the auto-bean Codex plugin, including its workspace, managed runtime, validation, and initial Git history. Use after plugin installation or when the user asks to create a ledger.

auto-bean-memory

Inspect, update, correct, or forget reusable Auto Bean memory. Use for account/category/source/transfer/duplicate/price hints and durable workspace preferences, including learning from completed imports.

auto-bean-migrate

Migrate an existing auto-bean ledger to the installed Codex plugin, resume an interrupted migration, or validate a current workspace and refresh its AGENTS.md guidance. Preserve financial data and customizations.

auto-bean-prices

Fetch and review Beancount commodity prices. Use for current price updates, explicit historical backfills, or an import price epilogue.

auto-bean-process

Normalize raw PDF, CSV, XLSX, or XLS sources in a statement group assigned by auto-bean-import. Use only for its raw-to-parsed stage; return per-source evidence, blockers, and one proposed group status.

auto-bean-query

Read-only Beancount analysis with bean-query. Use for balances, account activity, period reports, account discovery, or transaction inspection.

auto-bean-write

Draft or correct Beancount transactions from evidence. Use for ledger entries, explicit postings, transaction validation, and clarification of ambiguous transaction facts.
