Tokenization Factory Plugin
This plugin is designed for issuers creating tokens with Sara Tokenization Factory.
It helps issuers create:
- a comprehensive project document,
- an evidence-based indicative asset valuation,
- legally gated launch communications,
- a listing and visibility plan,
- a holder-onboarding process, and
- periodic holder updates.
Important
These skills produce drafts, plans and analytical estimates. They are not legal, tax or investment advice, an audit, an independent or certified valuation, or approval of an offering. A token does not by itself transfer legal ownership of an asset. Promotion, offering and trading may be regulated depending on the token's rights and the relevant jurisdictions. Have qualified counsel review public communications, offering activity and trading arrangements, and use a qualified valuer where an independent or regulated valuation is required.

Data and permissions
This is a skills-only plugin. It contains instructions and image assets, with no MCP server, account connection, executable code, lifecycle hooks or telemetry. The plugin does not send conversations to Sara. Conversations remain subject to the terms and data practices of the AI assistant you use.
