rldyourmnd/hack-agent-workflow

v0.1.0MIT

Saint Tibo agent workflow format: serena-first session boot, GitHub-first issue loop, agent-first handoff.

agent-handoff

Close a Saint Tibo session so any agent can resume. Use before ending work, after a commit wave, or when state changed materially.

debt-ledger

Harvest every hack:/ponytail: marker comment into a debt ledger so hackathon shortcuts get tracked instead of rotting. Use when the user says "debt ledger", "what did we defer", "list the shortcuts", "hack debt", or before post-hackathon hardening. One-shot report, changes nothing. Adapted from ponytail-debt (MIT).

delegate-worker

Spawn and steer a worker Codex App thread from the main orchestrator chat. Use when the user asks to delegate issues to an agent, start an implementation session, spawn a worker, or hand a feature round to a separate thread. Covers the pinned codex_app tool schema, brief files, worktree isolation, monitoring and messaging.

github-flow

Run the Saint Tibo GitHub-first lane model. Use when taking, doing, merging, or releasing a task — issues are the source of truth; lanes are feat/<issue> → <user> → dev → main; each member merges their own lane into dev and proves it on their own dev server, the integrator alone ships dev → main to prod.

hack-mode

Hackathon delivery mode — laziest solution that actually works live. Use on ANY coding task during the hackathon, and whenever the user says "hack mode", "be lazy", "simplest", "yagni", "do less", "ship it", or complains about over-engineering. Adapted from ponytail (MIT).

session-boot

Open a Saint Tibo session the serena-first way. Use at the start of any task, on resume, or when the current state is unclear.

ship-verify

The hackathon delivery loop — build and restart on the server, then verify the live result online before calling anything done. Use after every code change meant for the running deployment, when the user says "ship", "deploy", "check it live", "is it up", or when a fix needs confirmation on the server.
