Duneland Financial plugin

Six read-only tools for planning a small business acquisition, plus an acquisition workflow skill. Operated by Rekord for Duneland Financial.

This is the public distribution repository. It contains the plugin package, not the website or server implementation. The MCP server runs at:

No account, API key, or authentication is required. Keep the trailing slash.

Tools

  • check_deal_affordability: cash flow, senior debt, annual service, and DSCR.
  • build_capital_stack: acquisition sources and uses, debt service, and coverage.
  • model_acquisition_loan: payments, interest, and any balloon.
  • model_seller_note: amortizing or interest-only seller financing, including standby.
  • normalize_sde_valuation: itemized add-backs and a user-supplied multiple range.
  • screen_sba_eligibility: baseline SBA 7(a) rule screening, not an eligibility finding.

Results link to the corresponding website calculators. Only supported inputs are prefilled; other inputs may need to be re-entered. Standby can leave a seller-note balloon at maturity.

Validate and package

Requires Node.js and the system zip utility. No dependencies to install.
