rachaelquisel/week-in-rewind

Set up or adjust an opt-in recurring Week in Rewind Computer History recap, with optional delivery to the user's own Slack direct message. Use when the user asks to schedule, automate, repeat weekly, send to direct message to the user, change timing, or stop a recurring recap.

Make a playful, evidence-backed recap of the user's opted-in Computer History for a requested period, usually seven days. Use for "week in rewind," "recap my computer history," "what did I do this week," work patterns, other activities, keyboard shortcuts, writing style, or a gentle roast based on recent activity.
