v0.1.1MIT

Skills for reporting and analytics integration

view-ach-deposits

Guide a developer through retrieving ACH deposit data from the Payroc Reporting API — listing deposits by date, retrieving a single deposit by ID, and listing the fees associated with a deposit. Use this skill when the user wants to view ACH deposits, retrieve ACH deposit details, look up ACH deposit history, check what Payroc paid out via ACH, reconcile ACH deposit records, query ACH deposit fees, or integrate Payroc ACH deposit reporting into their software. Also use when the user asks about /v1/ach-deposits, /v1/ach-deposit-fees, or ACH deposit data for a specific date or merchant — even if they don't say "skill" or "reporting API" explicitly. Do NOT use for taking or processing ACH payments, refunding ACH payments, verifying bank accounts, viewing settlement batches, viewing settled transactions, or viewing funding activity — those have dedicated skills.

view-authorizations

Guides developers through querying Payroc authorization records via the Reporting API (GET /v1/authorizations and GET /v1/authorizations/{authorizationId}). Use this skill when the user wants to view, list, or retrieve authorization records, check pre-authorization responses, look up card authorization history, filter authorizations by date or batch ID, retrieve a specific authorization by its integer ID, build a reporting integration for authorization data, inspect the bank's authorizationResponse codes, view open or pending authorizations, check which card transactions were approved or declined by the issuing bank, or query the /v1/authorizations endpoint. Also use for any read-only authorization reporting feature — even if the user does not use the word "skill" explicitly. Do NOT use for creating pre-authorizations or card payments (use run-a-pre-authorization or run-a-card-sale), viewing settlement batches or batch totals (use view-settlement-batches), viewing settled transactions (use view-settled-transactions), ACH deposits (use view-ach-deposits), or disputes (use view-disputes).

view-disputes

Guides developers writing code to query the Payroc Disputes API (read-only) — listing disputes, retrieving dispute status history, or paginating through chargeback records. Use this skill when the user wants to implement dispute reporting, call GET /v1/disputes or GET /v1/disputes/{id}/statuses, list or filter chargeback records by date or merchant, check a dispute's current status via the API, build a chargeback reporting dashboard, sync dispute data into a platform, or troubleshoot HTTP errors (400, 401, 404) from the disputes endpoint. Do NOT use for contesting disputes, submitting chargeback responses, responding to chargebacks, or any write operation — the Disputes API exposes only LIST and GET endpoints. Do NOT use for general questions about the chargeback process, dispute notifications, or settlement batches.

view-settled-transactions

Guides developers through querying Payroc's Settlement Reporting API to retrieve settled transactions and settlement batches (GET /v1/batches, GET /v1/transactions). Use this skill when the user wants to view settled (batched/cleared) transactions, retrieve post-settlement data, reconcile payments against a settlement batch, list settled transactions within a specific batch, look up which transactions are in a given batch, build a settlement reconciliation workflow, look up a settled transaction by batch ID or settlement date, inspect the settled.achDate or settled.achDepositId fields on transaction records, or work with the /v1/batches or /v1/transactions reporting endpoints. Also trigger when someone asks about daily settlement reports, end-of-day reconciliation, batch transaction lists, settlement totals, or matching captured card payments to settlement batch records. Do NOT use for: viewing standalone ACH deposit records or ACH deposit fees (use view-ach-deposits), viewing authorization records (use view-authorizations), processing payments, creating refunds, or checking real-time authorization status.

view-settlement-batches

Guides developers through querying Payroc card settlement batch data via the Reporting API (GET /v1/batches and GET /v1/batches/{batchId}). Use this skill when the user wants to list or retrieve settlement batches, look up daily batch summaries or settlement reports, check how much settled on a given date, query batch-level totals (saleAmount, heldAmount, returnAmount) or transaction counts per batch, build a settlement batch reporting integration, work with the /v1/batches endpoint, or understand how Payroc groups settled card transactions into daily batches. Also use when the user asks about batch IDs, batch amounts, batch status, or iterating through batches with pagination. Do NOT use for viewing individual settled transactions within a batch (use view-settled-transactions), ACH deposits or ACH batches (use view-ach-deposits), disputes (use view-disputes), or authorizations (use view-authorizations).
