Create a personal voice profile for the writewell skill by analyzing writing samples. Provide individual post URLs or a blog homepage URL with a post count. Fetches the content, distills the writing style, and writes the profile outside the plugin: WRITEWELL_VOICE_PATH if set, otherwise ~/.config/writewell/voice.md. Use when setting up or refreshing a personal voice, or when writewell finds no profile.
