For local Codex tasks, the package also includes workflows that use the installed o8 CLI to check status and start scoped repository work using the backend, model, and effort you select. Codex and Claude Code runtimes must already be installed and authenticated for those local starts. A request receipt proves acceptance; report completion only after checking the recorded outcome. Hosted plugin calls and results pass through the o8 connection service in plaintext under TLS, as described in the privacy policy. The service does not log, store, or queue those payloads. The paired mobile connection retains its existing encryption.",
