Cross-platform ChatGPT Plugin Directory scanner.

The agent searches broad catalog categories, de-duplicates exact plugin IDs, filters already-installed entries and surfaces up to 10 installation suggestions per scan. A scheduled ChatGPT task runs the scan every three days.

Installation or OAuth connection still requires the user's explicit action in the ChatGPT UI.
