Learning Evidence Kit 0.1.0 is the initial unpublished candidate replacing Understanding Kit. This section records package scope; publication and client results remain in the marketplace acceptance ledger.

Added

• Introduce Learning Evidence Kit with explicit Pop Quiz and Learning Record Check, complete immutable local records, task association, recovery, full export/import and retained archive.
• Share complete records through manual ordinary PR comments with segmented/unknown-result recovery; manually collect update-time history with overlap, deduplication, snapshots and coverage gaps.

Changed

• Replace Understanding Kit registration directly and reuse its approved icon bytes. Preserve the historic package and evaluation evidence at their original Git versions.
• Separate record validity and task knowledge application, preserving actual person explanation, support, requirements/code versions and operation provenance.

Limitations

• Native knowledge-question entries remain deferred until actual strict-window acceptance. No text/pending-state substitute is enabled. Registration/discovery is distinct from interactive availability.
• Real learning benefits, long-term retention/transfer, management effects and Owner final acceptance are not established by engineering or release results.
