• Require a brief key note after every active-skill draft or revision, including drafts without a substantive information gap; keep stopped and unrelated tasks outside this delivery rule.
• Keep factual content grounded in supplied material or explicit user confirmation, including reasons, motives, diagnoses and approval or execution states; politeness cannot introduce unsupported facts.
• Refresh the frozen summary identity after these instruction corrections while retaining the unchanged research-source hashes and historical failed acceptance batch.

Refs #222. Initial version prepared for Marketplace 8.3.0; publication is pending. The Owner-selected D globe icon and actual basic client/engineering results have separate evidence, with retained failures and limitations. Real-world communication effects have not been tested.
