liteOdyssey plugin
Use the liteOdyssey reasoning policy and five phenotype evidence tools in Codex or Claude Code. After installation, start a new chat and ask:
Use liteOdyssey to review this case.
Provide the case's observed and absent phenotype findings. The host model reads the complete policy and calls the bundled tools. Your existing Codex or Claude Code account supplies the model.
To check setup from this folder:
bash scripts/liteodyssey doctor
Python and dependencies are prepared automatically in a separate user data directory. First setup needs internet access. ClinGen works offline afterward; other sources may need network access. OMIM requires your own approved data access; see Data and setup.
The readable policies are Clinical reasoning and Tool selection. This plugin contains no model, patient cases, or benchmark answers. It provides research decision support. Academic research is free under LICENSE; commercial use requires separate written permission.
