Find award flights, plan how to fund them with airline miles, bank points, and Max Miles, get the most from linked cards, and use HeyMax rewards through the authenticated HeyMax User MCP.
Use the authenticated HeyMax User MCP to analyse a member's linked-card spending, rewards earned, bonus caps and minimum spend, pick the best linked card for a merchant, category, payment method or overseas spend, explain card terms, exclusions and MCCs (including for cards the member does not hold), find where the wrong card was used, and compare which cards earn the most miles in a loyalty program. Use for any card spend, card reward, cap, or "which card should I use" question from a Singapore member.
Use the authenticated HeyMax User MCP to work out how a member can fund a mileage target or award from recorded bank, reward, and airline balances, Max Miles, verified transfer routes, and HeyMax First capacity. Use when a user asks how many airline miles they have or could get, which banks or programs transfer into an airline, whether they can afford an award, how to cover a shortfall, or how much a HeyMax First top-up would cost. Planning only; it never transfers, draws, or saves anything.
Use the authenticated HeyMax User MCP to inspect a member's Max Miles, recent transactions, redemptions, merchant earning rates, upcoming deals, affiliate offers, tracked shopping links, and saved loyalty-program balances, or to update an explicitly confirmed recorded balance. Use when a user asks about their HeyMax account or Max Miles activity, where or how to earn more miles, where to buy for the best overall outcome, current merchant rates or deals, a HeyMax shopping link, or to remember a current loyalty-program balance.
Collect a concise trip brief, use the authenticated HeyMax User MCP to search cached award prices while an exact live search completes, and compare up to three itineraries using the user's recorded bank and airline balances, verified transfer routes, current Max Miles, and clearly separated HeyMax First capacity. Use when a user asks to find award flights, redeem points or miles for a trip, compare award and cash fares, explore flexible dates or airports, or look for premium-cabin availability.
