            "notes": "Mattermost's own endpoint template: the Agents plugin serves MCP on the person's own server (v11.2+) once a system admin enables the HTTP endpoint, signing in with OAuth (DCR if the admin enables it) or a personal access token. The plugin docs list remote and external MCP servers and write tools at the Enterprise licence level and above; Mattermost Enterprise Edition run without a licence applies the free Entry licence, which the plugin treats as Enterprise, so one person can self-host it at no cost and be its admin. Entry limits include 10,000 messages of viewable history and, in a future release, 250 agent queries a month. Paid Professional, Enterprise and Enterprise Advanced licences are sold through sales but are not needed, and the unlicensed (Free) level does not get the external endpoint.
