lc4t/project-orchestrator

Run session discovery, Task/Case selection, capability routing, file placement, verification, progress updates and scoped Git delivery according to the project contract. Use when a project declares project-orchestrator in AGENTS.md and the current work may create or modify project files. Inventory, migration and sync of Agent extensions (Plugin/Skill/MCP) are not part of this Skill; that is agent-pack.
