The family consists of four independent Agent Skills: kumihan-mizani, kumihan-mizani-web, kumihan-mizani-documents, kumihan-mizani-review. Claude Code plugin and Gemini CLI extension bundles include all four skills. Portable ChatGPT/Codex packaging follows the same family structure. Internal package identifiers are ASCII for host compatibility; user-visible product name is KUMIHAN｜Mizani.

For the original research and source references, consult the project RESEARCH/SW folder. The 24 proposed requirements are advisory and include their evidence state. Do not assert native-speaker approval, host installation success, font rendering, WCAG conformity, or release marketplace listing without evidence.

A governing principle: preserve source content and choose information design according to the user’s purpose, not by repeating a generic hero/cards/CTA template. Reflect the specific brief and local Swahili context. Public release assets use v0.1.0 in their filename.

Gateway language handling

The global KUMIHAN gateway currently has Japanese/English and other language-specific landing pages but does not yet provide an independent Swahili gateway. Mizani’s Swahili edition links back to the existing English-language gateway; it is still fully available in Swahili at `kumihan-sw.html`. The language-edition selector includes Mizani in all existing gateway languages.

Evidence boundary

The initial tests cover source-preservation, structural package integrity, deterministic ZIP hashes, and static page parity. `not-checked` specifically means the native AI-host invocation, real-browser 200% / 320px behavior and mother-tongue editorial acceptance require separate real-world testing.
