Record reproducible terminal evidence (asciinema → agg gif) for an odu PR and embed it in a ## Evidence PR comment. Use whenever an odu change has observable runtime behavior worth showing — a new command, a state transition, a fixed hang or leak — or when writing or re-running a script under tests/evidence/.
Keep odu's three surface docs (README.md, website/src/content/docs.md, the odu skill) in sync with the service contract. Use whenever editing src/main.ts, packages/service-client/src/surface.ts, packages/service-client/src/verbs.ts, packages/run-client/src/surface.ts, packages/execution/src/common/laneSurface.ts, packages/cli/src/serviceCli.ts, packages/cli/src/serviceMcp.ts, or anything that adds, renames or changes a verb, cell, CLI command or flag.
