Approach A (shared decisions via squad upstream): set up Squad in the current repository and link it read-only to a shared repository of team decisions, routing, wisdom, casting policy, and skills using squad upstream. Does NOT share agents or the team roster. Use when the user asks to link, connect, or inherit shared/org Squad decisions or rules from another repository or branch.
