It passed the site’s checks and claude plugin validate, and installed from a local copy of the catalog in Claude Code 2.1.86 and the Codex CLI 0.145.0 with empty settings. A synthetic sample skill was packaged and completed one item at a time to confirm that the site’s build names each unfinished item in turn. No model was run: these checks cover packaging and installation, not the quality of skills built with the guide.",
