Implement, test, diagnose, or migrate Swift state management with InnoFlow when the project uses InnoFlow or the user requests it. Use for InnoFlow reducers, effects, typed outputs, PhaseMap, Store lifetimes, and TestStore; do not introduce InnoFlow for unrelated state-management work.
