• Sync the Router skill from released 7.0.1 at 482587b; preserve upstream 7.0.0 fixtures and add a central-owned isolated exact-7.0.1 consumer case with original/adjusted input evidence.
• Refresh Flow from its canonical exact 6.0.2 fixture and preserve 6.0.x support; pin the merged Flow CI baseline correction and Router native-scene probe correction after their exact-head CI passed.

• Document Gemini CLI 0.24.0's Agent Skills feature flag and discovery check.
• Report Copilot's verified loading separately from its failed GPT-4.1 generation evaluation.
• Include setup/qualification guidance in Gemini and Copilot installation results without changing user configuration.
• Preserve library support ranges and all six consumer JSON/diagnostic fixes; pin all six skills to their actual merged corrections and verify complete source-directory equality.
• Add deterministic plugin/reference packaging, provenance and SHA-256 checksums. Candidate mode is explicit; normal packaging rejects unmerged sources and uncommitted inputs.
• Record dated non-Grok host evaluation separately from reused alpha.12 evidence. Refresh Stream to the published 6.1.1 tag and verify its exact-release consumer and tag identity before/after validation.

Source merges, PR/main/tag CI (83 Swift tests each), 50 bundle regression tests, release checksums and public delivery are recorded in the verification evidence.
