ibm/wxo-agent-architect

Use when building, editing, testing, or deploying anything in IBM watsonx Orchestrate (WXO) — agents, tools, toolkits, knowledge bases, models, or connections. Always invoke when the user mentions watsonx Orchestrate, WXO, the orchestrate ADK, agent.yaml, toolkit-config.yaml, the orchestrate CLI, the @tool decorator, or WXO credentials. Also trigger when the user asks about publishing an AI assistant to IBM Cloud, wiring up a collaborator agent, or working with WXO Developer Edition.
