Garden Intelligence skills

Two portable workflows: capture contributor-reviewed memories and plan low-risk observations. They work as conversational instructions without a server. If the Garden Intelligence tools are installed, they can save and retrieve private cards. No MCP endpoint or account access is invented by this package.

The hosted Site creates its own canonical plugin. Add these skills to that plugin through Plugin Creator; do not install a duplicate plugin to stand in for the Site connection.
