GOFCN 素材需求自动化，两个技能：发布需求（按需求文档追加创意进度表并验收、生成 CSV、保存 CLS 未发布需求草稿并导入脚本、回传截图和群消息）；上传素材（把做好的素材登记进创意进度表，再按素材名称上传到 CLS 创意列表并返回截图）；配套按用户隔离的飞书设备授权登录。
Upload finished GOFCN creative materials (上传素材 / 素材上传 / 上传创意 / 传素材到 CLS) the user sends or names (videos, pictures, folders, zips): fill the Feishu creative progress sheet first (append and verify a row per file that has none yet: from file names like GOFCNxxxxx_<一级>_<二级>_[<创意形式>_]<提炼词>, or from the documents the user gives; files already named in full with their GOFCN number are most likely registered: their rows are looked up and verified, not appended again; optionally 合并变体名称: the variants of one piece share one row and go up as <素材名称>_<变体>), then upload each file to CLS 我的创意 > 创意列表 > 上传创意 as one creative named exactly as its row's 素材名称 (上传目录 默认 双端共用-视频, 创意人 = 创意者脚本审核人, 制作人 = 设计师供应商, 素材类型 by file kind, no 创意标签). Confirms one plan, then appends, uploads, saves, and hands back screenshots of the progress sheet and the creative list.
Publish GOFCN creative-material requirements (发布需求 / 素材需求 / 建单 / 创意进度表 / CLS 草稿) to suppliers from one or more Feishu requirement documents (sheet tab or doc links): work out rows, tags, 创意形式, 提炼词, supplier, reviewer and CLS fields from the documents (optionally 合并变体名称: one row per piece for its variants), append the rows to the Feishu creative progress sheet and verify them, build the CSV, save an unpublished CLS requirement draft with the CSV imported, hand back screenshots of the progress sheet and the CLS draft, and hand over one copyable group message. Only for materials still to be made: finished materials the user sends to upload are gof-creative-upload (rows, no ticket). Asks only what cannot be worked out; runs everything once the plan is approved.
