AI 审片：用户发来广告视频（或图片、zip），说明是 GOF 还是 GOT 的素材（没说就先问），用 Gemini（内部 AI 网关，gemini-3.8-flash）按该项目的审片规范逐秒审，返回问题列表（位置 / 问题 / 怎么改）。规范分两层：固定规范（GOF 取自《无尽冬日 广告素材审核标准》，GOT 取自《GOT 广告素材审核规则》）和动态规范（在业务群里 @机器人「监听本群更新审片规范」后，机器人读群里最近一年的聊天整理出规范，之后每天读一次新消息更新；「停止监听本群」取消）。三个技能：gof-audit、got-audit、dynamic-rules。
