Hermios CRM for Codex

Manage your organization's contacts, companies, deals, tasks and notes in Codex. Review your pipeline, prepare follow-ups and work with the records your Hermios role permits.

Hermios CRM is free for now; future pricing has not been decided. You need your own Hermios account and Codex access. Codex and connected services have their own access and usage requirements.

Install

Add the Hermios marketplace and install the plugin:

codex plugin marketplace add EzAuto399/hermios-codex-plugin --ref v0.8.1
codex plugin add hermios@hermios

Sign in through the Hermios OAuth prompt. If Codex asks you to finish authentication:

codex mcp login hermios

Then ask: “Open my Hermios workspace.” Sign in or create a Hermios account at app.hermios.app. Never paste a password, API key or token into a Codex conversation.

This is a custom Codex marketplace installation. Hermios has not been approved for the public OpenAI plugin directory. Directory review and publication are separate steps; installation support can vary by Codex version.

What is available

  • CRM reads and permitted changes use your own Hermios account and organization role.
  • Vault metadata is available in Codex. Enter and reveal passwords, API keys and 2FA secrets only in the Hermios web app.
  • Attach chosen documents to CRM records where upload tools and host file transfer are available. Do not upload secrets through chat.
  • Contract signing uses the Hermios web flow and is limited to one configured pilot organization. Signing is not generally available to other organizations yet.
  • Interactive AI work and supported Codex schedules use your Codex account and available usage. Hermios server AI does not inherit Codex usage or your connected apps. Each member connects their own supported tools.

Confirm before sending email or contracts, bulk changes, deletion, or running or activating Hermios workflows. Connecting this plugin does not grant new organization permissions.
