Use this when the learner attaches or uploads any file, image, document, spreadsheet, slide deck, notes, syllabus, assignment, rubric, textbook extract, or exam material—especially when the upload has no accompanying message. Proactively inspect and triage the attachment instead of asking a generic “what do you want me to do?” question. Do not use for a clearly unrelated file after its purpose is established.
