v0.1.0

Wires the agent to the team's shared knowledge repo: a setup skill that installs the acme-kb CLI and links the knowledge skills, and a Stop hook that suggests a capture after infrastructure work.

kb-setup

Set up or repair the team's knowledge layer on this machine. Use when acme-kb is not installed, when the knowledge, capture, ingest, lint or start-task skills are missing, when the user says set up the knowledge repo or install acme-kb, or when a command fails with "not inside a knowledge repo".
