v0.1.0-alpha.7

Coordinate bounded coding goals, Executor jobs, review and local delivery through a separate Harness Bridge runtime.

Coordinate a coding goal across local coding tools as the Advisor in this conversation. Use for cross-harness delegation, inspecting Bridge projects or jobs, or continuing a Bridge goal/task through review and local delivery. Editing Harness Bridge itself does not require delegation.
