Morning Star codebase audit — survey any repository and produce prioritized, self-contained improvement plans for the normal Prepare → Execute flow. Strictly read-only on source code. Use when asked to audit or survey a codebase, find improvement opportunities (bugs, security, performance, test gaps, tech debt, dependency upgrades, DX), suggest what to build next (direction/roadmap), or when the user says 'what should I improve / fix / refactor / upgrade in this codebase'. DESIGN.md design system specification for Morning Star projects. Create, audit, and maintain project-level design tokens (Colors, Typography, Spacing, Elevation, Motion, Shapes, Components, Voice & Content) using Vercel Geist as reference template. Three-level completeness checklist (MVP/Standard/Production) with built-in upgrade placeholders. Supports light/dark dual-theme via DESIGN.md + DESIGN.dark.md sharing same token names with different values. Morning Star 派发与委派门禁 —— 仅 PM 可增派 subagent、Execute as 与 Delegation、承接方反递归 NEVER 红线、**子 Assignment 继承 plan 作用域且 credential/session 不下发 leaf**、SDD 独立就绪任务并行派发、**SDD 路径 plan QC 强制 tri-review（N=3）**、inline 单席 QC 例外、Assignment 文案≠派发、未齐不发、**invoke 角色字段必填（漏写=静默 generic 回退=派发未完成）**。project-manager 派发时必读；leaf 动手前必读反递归。worktree 见 mstar-branch-worktree；SDD 见 mstar-sdd；宿主见 mstar-host；scoped plan 路线见 mstar-iteration plan-scoped-pm.md。

Runs separately requested E2E, real-browser, device, or installed-deployment verification and produces scoped evidence. Loads only for an explicit user request or amazing-e2e-check entry; never from routine QA, UI changes, missing screenshots, or review recommendations.

Morning Star 条件契约档案（engine-absent fallback）。宿主无 engine 能力（无 mstar CLI、无 engine import、engine 约束未激活）时需要被 engine 校验接管的 contract 全文时使用：status v1→v2 字段历史、lease claim 协议全文、各宿主 QC 座次 N=3/N=1 重述、反递归完整清单、Engine-check 样板说明。engine 约束激活（或宿主含 engine 能力）时不加载；运行时 skills 的 engine-check 指针为权威契约。

Morning Star host adapter for OpenCode, Cursor, Codex, Kimi, ZCode, omp, and dsh. Use after mstar-harness-core whenever host entry, clarify, dispatch, plan mode, or tool UX differs by platform - per-host subagent invoke, plan-mode bridge, parallel dispatch, and skill/command loading. Auto-detect the host from session tools, then Read references/<host>.md. Always load after mstar-harness-core.

Use when starting, driving, resuming, or closing a Morning Star iteration, or running an autonomous Phase 1–6 loop — including without a slash command (e.g. 'start an iteration', 'drive the iteration', 'run an autonomous loop'). Morning Star 项目治理层约定 —— projects/<id>/roadmap.md 编写约定（frontmatter schema + body 约定）与 projects/<id>/residuals.json register 生命周期（open → verified close in place、severity 枚举、provenance 字段）、_default 项目回退规则。写/审 roadmap、登记或关闭 residual、判断项目归属（含无项目流程的 _default fallback）、或对齐 roadmap/register 与 engine 校验时 Read。schema 事实与 packages/engine/src/project.ts 逐字一致；字段语义 SSOT → mstar-artifacts；路径符号 → mstar-conventions。

Morning Star QC orchestration — **SDD mandatory plan QC tri-review** ({SDD_DIR}/review/qc1.md…qc3.md + consolidated); inline/hotfix single-seat (qc.md in review bundle); PM dispatch timing, tri identity gate, residual registration contract, layer boundaries, durable plan summary. Leaf QC execution → **mstar-roles/references/qc-specialist/**. Per-task review is **mstar-sdd** (L2). Primary reader: **project-manager** when dispatching or consolidating QC.

Morning Star role prompt hub and the **single load-selection authority** for Morning Star roles — agents/*.md shells plus full behavior in references/*.md. Role files are **identity-first** (mission / responsibilities / NEVER rules); topic mstar-* skills appear only as **PM-activated skill presets** (Assignment Skill presets: field), not default dependencies — this hub's § Load Order owns the omission / none / named-preset / resume / unknown-preset decision. Morning Star subagent-driven development (SDD) — file handoff, per-task implementer + task reviewer (L2), progress ledger, branch review-package for plan QC tri (L3). **Implementer session** fresh (default) or **sticky** (same dev subagent across tasks — references/sticky-implementer-session.md). **Must** Read when project-manager runs Execution mode: sdd (multi-task plan, single-plan, or iteration Phase 2), dispatches SDD implementer/reviewer subagents, or prepares review-package paths. Leaf implementer/reviewer subagents skip PM sections via SUBAGENT-STOP in dispatch prompts.

Morning Star 全局战略方向 —— 创建并维护 STRATEGY.md（项目级战略文档），作为 brainstorm/plan 的上游锚点。定义产品愿景、技术方向、不做事项、决策原则。触发：项目初始化、方向性决策变更、或 PM 要求战略对齐时。

Use when a Morning Star agent must choose, run, or interpret mstar-harness / mstar CLI commands — picking the command family for a task (plan row, lifecycle close, register write, report landing, worktree and lease checks, path resolution), satisfying the preconditions a family needs (harness root, control root, neutral cwd, session envelope, version tokens), reading exit codes 0 / 1 / 2 and stable refusal codes, or running the versioned read-modify-write handshake.
