Use when the user wants a visual/graphical overview, digest, or summary of a set of code changes before reviewing them: uncommitted local changes, a branch or commit range, a GitHub PR, an Azure DevOps PR, a patch file, or two folder snapshots. Produces a temporary standalone HTML page (summary, ranked "hotspots" to read first, review notes and discrepancies, before/after mermaid diagrams, annotated file map, key code highlights) outside any repo. Works for Angular/SKY UX SPAs, .NET services, and any git-diffable project.
