Let your AI run your business workflows.

Askpilot is workflow automation for AI agents. Describe a workflow to the AI you already use, such as qualifying leads, chasing unpaid invoices or collecting documents, and it sets the workflow up in Askpilot with your tools. Askpilot then runs it from start to finish, even when the work takes days: it starts when something happens in your tools, follows up at the right time, checks with you before the steps you choose, and keeps a record of every run.

What you can do

  • Build a workflow. Tell your AI what you want automated. It asks a few questions, checks that your tools are connected, sets the workflow up and tests it with you.
  • Run and follow your workflows. Start one when you need it, see what it did, and find out what is waiting for you.
  • Make them better. Review how a workflow did over past runs, find out why something went wrong, and improve it.

What is inside

  • The Askpilot connector. It gives your AI agent access to your Askpilot account. The Askpilot knowledge base and workflow examples work without signing in; everything else asks you to sign in the first time.
  • Two skills that guide your AI agent: one for building workflows, and one for running them and reviewing how they did.

Get started

  1. You need an Askpilot account. Request access at https://askpilot.com/request-access.html.
  2. Install the plugin, connect Askpilot and sign in.
  3. Ask, for example:
    • "What could Askpilot automate for my business? Show me examples like mine."
    • "Help me automate chasing unpaid invoices until they are paid."
    • "Turn how we follow up new leads into a workflow that runs on its own."

Data

The plugin sends what you ask for to your Askpilot account through mcp.askpilot.com: workflow settings and instructions, the files a workflow uses, messages to your running workflows, and changes to your connected tools and team members. It reads back your workflows and their runs, connected tools, team members, account and credits. It works only in the organizations you belong to, with your role and permissions, and stores nothing itself. See the privacy policy at https://askpilot.com/legal.html#privacy-policy.
